Eligibility Requirements for Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm-D)

To be eligible for admission to the 5-year Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm-D) program at FivePak Institute of Health Sciences, applicants must meet the following criteria:
– Academic Qualification: Completion of FSc. Pre-Medical or an equivalent qualification from a recognized board or institution.
– Minimum Marks: A minimum of 60% aggregate marks in the FSc. Pre-Medical examination or its equivalent.
